Curbside Connect Refund Policy

At Curbside Connect, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

We put time and care into every custom mockup we create — and because each order is uniquely tailored to your home, all sales are final once mockups are delivered.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery: If you do not receive the number of mockups you purchased.

  • Major technical error: If the mockups delivered clearly do not resemble your home or the requested address.

  • Non-delivery: If we are unable to fulfill your order within 10 business days of image submission.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Preferences based on personal taste (e.g., not liking the style of a mockup).

  • Minor differences in artistic interpretation or expected appearance.

  • Change of mind after mockups have been created and delivered.

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us at support@curbsideconnect.com within 7 days of receiving your mockups.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can review it quickly.
